I love close-up and action photos of birds and other animals but sometimes including them in the greater landscape can be very beneficial. You don’t need long fast glass to photograph these types of images either.

I have watched this behavior several times before. It is done to shade the water so they can see their prey better or to chase their prey into an area that easier to hunt them in.
